Often there is a tendency to confuse the function of the "marketing" with that of the "sales" and many companies confuses also sales forecasts with marketing objectives and strategies.
This is a fairly common mistake, but the two activities, although linked together, are very different.
Sometimes, the marketing concept is not easy to introduce in some companies because it tends to be neglected as soon as successes arrive due to costs not directly related to sales.
This is the precise reason, the lack of "corporate culture", which often leads companies to the most classic mistake, to cut marketing, causing of a series of commercial problems that are difficult to solve only through the sales tools.
Marketing means analyze the market needs in order to produce and offer products or services that respond to customers' needs.
Customer satisfaction must always be at the centre of all marketing activities.
Today, the successful companies, know well their customers, know what they really want and offer it to them.
Making products or services that nobody wants is of little use.
Knowing customers, their needs, their desires and with which products or services they would like to satisfy them, it must be the cornerstones on which the strategies of an effective Marketing Plan are based.
Only at this point we can reach ambitious goals described in a MKT plan and in a more complex corporate business plan.
For these reasons, my job has always been to provide a serious and professional service, starting from a careful analysis of the markets and products, trying to solve every problem submitted before reaching any commercial proposal.
